Philadelphia-based law firm Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC announced Wednesday it has opened an office within Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood.
Hope Hammer
According to a release, Hope Hammer will lead the office, which is located in the Neuhoff District. Hammer is a RCCB partner and chair of the firm’s real estate practice group. She has been with the firm since its inception in 2012 and is a member of its executive committee.
Prior to the office opening, Hammer had been engaged in Nashville, having served on the women's steering committee for the Urban Land Institute's Nashville chapter and co-chairing its professional development series.
Hammer earned a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University and a J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law.
Joining Hammer is associate Frank Toub, who specializes in legal work involving the construction, transportation and health care sectors. In addition, RCCB Partner Jennifer Tintenfass will have some involvement in the Nashville office, according to the release.
"Nashville is experiencing remarkable growth, and the opportunity to bring RCCB's unique approach to client service and sophisticated legal counsel to this dynamic market was something we were eager to support," John E. Royer Jr., RCCB managing partner, said in the release.
"Hope has been crucial to the success of our thriving real estate group and instrumental in building and maintaining our culture, so we are excited for her as she leads this new venture."
The Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC website lists 71 attorneys, with 32 of those serving as partners. The firm — which also operates offices in New York and in suburban Philadelphia municipality Conshohocken, Pa. — is also home to four senior managers, nine paralegals and 19 other staffers.
